_HHK3485Salpi H. Ghazarian worked for eight years as Special Assistant to Mr. Oskanian in Armenia’s Foreign Ministry. Prior to that, she was editor and publisher of Armenian International Magazine.

Previously, he managed Good Governance and ICT for Development projects implemented by UNDP.
