Vartan Oskanian Spoke in Toronto

Founder of the Civilitas Foundation, former foreign minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian spoke in Toronto and Los Angeles at two community gatherings. In Toronto on October 24, Mr. Oskanian was the guest of the Canada Armenia Business Council. The banquet took place at the Toronto Hilton Suites on October 24, 2008.
In Los Angeles, on October 25, Mr. Oskanian was named Professional of the Year by the Armenian Professional Society which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The Los Angeles event took place at the Sheraton Universal Hotel, and honored the founders of the organization which served as a way to unite Armenian professionals in the Southern California area.
