Lloyd Axworthy, Canada

Lloyd Axworthy is President of the University of Winnipeg and serves on the National Advisory Board of Fair Vote Canada. He is an endorser of the Genocide Intervention Network. From 1996 to 2000 he held the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs to Canada, and acted as UN envoy for keeping the Eritrean-Ethiopian postwar peace process intact. In September 2000, he joined the Liu Institute for Global Issues at the University of British Columbia.
